Terms and Conditions

The following definitions apply to these Terms and Conditions:

• “Cardholder” refers to the Primary cardholder of an Eligible Credit Card
• “Promotional Period” refers to the period from May 15  to July 29, 2026, inclusive.
• “Eligible” refers to qualification to participate in this promotion.

“Eligible Purchases/ Transaction” refers to any purchase of goods and/ or services through local e-commerce or point-of-sale, utilizing an Eligible Credit Card but does not include any purchase/ transaction attributable to business activity or which falls outside of the purpose for which the credit card was issued by the Bank. All foreign transactions are excluded.

“Good standing” refers to a credit card account which is active and remains within its approved limit and maintains and up to date payments status throughout the Promotional Period.  

“Eligible Credit Cards” refers to First Citizens Bank Limited issued personal VISA credit cards.

Campaign Mechanics:

• Single entry: 1 entry is earned for every TT $600.00 spent on Eligible Transactions.
• Double entries: Double entries are earned on Eligible Transactions done on weekends.
• Booster entries: Cardholder receives 2 bonus entries per TT $950.00 spend on Eligible Transactions.

There is no limit to the number of entries a cardholder may receive during the promotional period.

Eligibility

This Promotion is open to legal residents of Trinidad and Tobago who are eighteen (18) years of or older and Cardholders of Eligible Credit Cards in Good-Standing. Cardholders who are employees of the First Citizens Group, their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household of any of these employees are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

Draw Prize

The Grand prize draw will take place on August 12, 2026.

Notification of Winner/ Prize Claim

The winner will be contacted via telephone utilizing his/her contact number contained in the Bank’s records. If the Bank is unable to establish contact with the winner by telephone within two (2) business days of the draw date, another winner will be drawn. The Bank shall not be under any obligation to make more than one attempt to contact any subsequent winner selected after the first draw.

Once contacted by telephone as aforesaid, an email will be sent to the winner to advise him/her of the process to be followed to accept the Prize. Thereafter, the winner will have two (2) business days to accept the prize, produce to the Bank a valid form of National Identification and attest to their ability to fulfill any applicable travel requirements. Failure of the winner to accept the Prize or meet the stated requirements within the time period aforesaid will result in the prize being deemed forfeited immediately.

The winner’s eligibility will be terminated if they decline the prize or fail to meet the requirements to claim it.

The winner shall accept full responsibility for any taxes, gratuities, insurance, travel expenses, and other costs not specifically included in the prize package. Additionally, the winner releases and holds the Bank harmless from any and all claims, losses, injuries, or damages arising from their participation in this promotion and use of the prize. The prize will be forfeited and a new cardholder will be chosen at random if the chosen cardholder is unable to obtain any entry or meet any applicable travel requirements for the destination city prior to the prize trip.

Prize Restrictions

Prizes are non-transferable and subject to change. It must be accepted as awarded.

Nullity and Modifications

The Bank retains the right, at its sole discretion, to alter or cancel this promotion at any moment without providing a reason, as well as to amend the terms and conditions. If there is a disagreement based on this Promotion, the Bank’s judgment is final.

Disputes

The Bank’s decision in all matters pertaining to this Promotion shall be final and binding.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of Trinidad and Tobago.

These terms and restrictions solely relate to this offer; they do not apply to any other promotion or programs run by the bank alone, or to any promotions or programs run in tandem with the bank and other organizations or brands.

This promotion is approved by the NLCB.
