Richie Bansraj is a passionate professional with a Master’s in Sociology and over 10 years of experience working in social and youth development. He’s all about improving the lives of young people and marginalized communities, providing the support they need to succeed. Richie’s worked in a variety of places—community centers, schools, NPOs, and more—focusing on program development, outreach, and advocacy. Right now, he’s the Gender Training Officer at the Office of the Prime Minister’s Gender Affairs Division, where he works to drive positive change around youth, child, and gender issues. With his solid academic background and a deep understanding of social and political issues, Richie’s committed to fighting for social justice and equality.

Marcus Hassane Daniel is a passionate Child and Family Facilitator from Castara, Tobago, with a love for sports, travel, and community development. He has a Bachelor’s in Mass Communication and has made a big impact as a Sport Officer and Freelance Reporter. Marcus has helped shape national sports policies, served as a Director at SporTT, and volunteered with organizations like the Rotaract Club of Tobago. His dedication has earned him awards, including a Community Service Award. Marcus dreams of becoming a cricket commentator while continuing his work in sports management and community empowerment.

Dayreon Mitchell – GIS Specialist, Youth Leader, and Advocate

Dayreon Mitchell is a dedicated professional with a passion for Geography, Biodiversity Conservation, and GIS. He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. As a GIS Specialist at the Tobago Emergency Management Agency (TEMA), he plays a key role in emergency response, using geospatial data and drone technology during major incidents.

Beyond his technical work, Dayreon is an active youth advocate, serving as President of the Tobago Youth Council and Vice President of the Trinidad and Tobago Youth Ambassadors. He’s represented his country internationally at youth development events. Dayreon is also involved in his community as a volleyball coach and player at Lambeau Football Club and has mentored students. His commitment to growth and positive change makes him a valued leader.

Navigating Mentorship with Purpose

Dr. Kern Johnson is a veterinarian and part-time farmer from Mason Hall, Tobago, known for his service and passion. With a background in agriculture, he holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and runs HALL Veterinary Clinic, a mobile service. He’s also involved in vehicle rentals, leasing, and sales.

Dr. Johnson is committed to giving back to the community. He serves as a director of the LIFE House Foundation and Vice President of BMenTT, advocating for men and boys. He mentors youth through programs like Police Youth Clubs, schools, and MpowerTT. His leadership and dedication to empowering young people make him a true asset to his community.
