Featured Talks – Marked by Purpose: Turning Passion into Impact
This powerful segment explores what it means to live a life driven by meaning, intention, and impact. Marked by Purpose is a call for each girl to not only discover her unique path but to embrace it boldly, confidently, and unapologetically. In a world filled with distractions and uncertainty, this segment grounds participants in the idea that knowing your “why” is the foundation for personal growth, leadership, and lasting change.

Speaker
Raina Alleyne
From the spirited storytelling of her girlhood days to countless hours spent devouring Enid Blyton books, Raina Alleyne knew early on that she was destined for a lifelong bond with words. This passion naturally led her to pursue studies and a career in Communications—a field she cherishes for its ability to sharpen her pen and fuel her ever-turning creative engine.
Raina’s talents extend beyond the written word and onto the stage. In 2013, she captured the coveted title of Miss Tobago Heritage Personality, also earning special awards for Best Talent and Miss Intelligent. Her artistic journey continued in 2018 when she was named a semi-finalist in the First Citizens National Poetry Slam, though circumstances prevented her from advancing further in the competition.
Featured Talks – The Bold Print: Writing a Story Only You Can Tell
“The Bold Print” is a powerful segment designed to help our girls understand the importance of defining and owning their personal brand. Just like the bold print in a contract reveals the most important terms, this segment challenges participants to boldly articulate who they are, what they stand for, and how they show up in the world. Our aim is to empower each girl to take charge of her narrative and to leave a clear, confident impression wherever she goes—on and offline.
