Electronic Submission of Court Issued Documents

First Citizens now accepts electronic service of Court issued documents (filed Summons; Claim Forms, Statement of Case and other pleadings; perfected Orders, etc.,) within Trinidad & Tobago. Electronic service may be effected to the following email address:

Please be advised that this mailbox is intended for the service of Court documents solely and unrelated correspondence shall not be acknowledged. 

All attachments are to be submitted in PDF format only. Each document, including any annexures or exhibits, must be clear, properly paginated, and arranged to facilitate clear and orderly review. The sequence of pages should reflect the intended reading order of the document. Every document for service must be attached as a separate file and clearly titled to indicate its contents. The total size of all attached documents shall not exceed 10MB and where applicable should be split into separate emails to ensure delivery.

The mailbox is monitored between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday except on public holidays and other days on which banks are ordinarily closed for business.
