Paying Your First Citizens Credit Card at our In Branch ATMs

Our very conveniently located In Branch ATMs facilitates your credit card payments in two ways:

1. By transferring from a First Citizens deposit account

2. By facilitating a cash or cheque payment to your credit card

Payments made using this service will be updated on the night of the 1st working day after the payment was made. This also applies to payments made on weekends and public holidays.

Paying Your First Citizens Credit Card at our Off Site ATMs

Our very conveniently located Off Site ATMs facilitates your credit card payment via transfer of funds from your First Citizens deposit account to your First Citizens credit card.

Paying your Citizens Credit Card by transferring from another First Citizens deposit account

This option is very similar to the process of withdrawing cash at an ATM, in that you simply follow the step by step instructions displayed on the ATM screen. The step by step guide is provided below:

Insert First Citizens debit card at the First Citizens ATM
Enter PIN
Choose if you wish to receive a receipt at the end of the transaction.
Choose Bill Payments as the transaction type
Choose Credit Card as the type of Bill Payment
Choose Account Type that the funds will be taken from
Enter the dollar value that will be paid to the credit card account
Select the Account that the funds will be taken from
Select the Credit Card Account that will be paid
Receive your receipt, which is the proof that the credit card account was paid

Paying your Credit Card at In Branch First Citizens ATM, using cash or cheque

Insert First Citizens Credit Card in card slot at First Citizens in branch ATM
Enter Credit Card PIN
Choose Payment as the transaction type
Enter Payment Amount to be paid
Collect envelope dispensed by the ATM for placement of cash or cheque to be applied as payment toward the credit card
Write required information on the envelope, specifically, the name of the credit card owner, the credit card account number, tick credit card payment as the transaction type on the envelope as well as the details on the monies to be paid
Press relevant button to indicate you are ready with transaction
Insert sealed envelope into slot
Receive your receipt for transaction

HIST d, from <date> to <date> For Example: HIST d, from 04-05-2020 to 06-05-2020	Retrieve list of posted transactions on default registered account with date range specified, (maximum of 10 transactions)
HIST <nickname> d, from <date> to <date> For Example: HIST Sav1 d, from 04-05-2020 to 06-05-2020	Retrieve list of posted transactions on a registered account using account nickname, within the date range specified,(maximum of 10 transactions)
HIST c, from <low cheque number > to <high cheque number> For Example: Hist c, from 200 to 205	Retrieve list of posted cheques on your default registered account, within the cheque range number range specified
HIST <nickname> c, from <low cheque number > to <high cheque number> For Example: Hist Chq1 c, from 200 to 205	Retrieve list of the posted cheques on your registered account, with a nickname, within the cheque number range specified
RTRA	Retrieve list of the 3 most recent posted transfers from your default registered account
RTRA <nickname> For Example: RTRA sav1	Retrieve a list of the 3 most recent posted transfers from your registered account with a nickname
RTRA ALL	Retrieve a list of the 3 most recent posted transfers from all your registered accounts
TRAN <nickname1> <nickname2> Amount For Example: tran ck1 ck2 100	Transfer amount between accounts using nicknames
TRAN <nickname1> <Amount> For Example: tran ck2 500	Transfer amount from the default registered account to the specified registered account using the nickname
TRAN <nickname1> <Amount> <Date> For Example: tran ck2 500 04-10-2020	Transfer amount from the default registered account to the specified registered account with the nickname, for a scheduled future date.
TRAN <nickname1> <nickname2> <Amount> <Date> For Example: tran sav1 ck1 500 04-10-2020	Transfer stated amount from a registered specified nicknamed account to a second registered nicknamed account, for a scheduled future date.
