NOTICE – Group DCEO – Operations and Administration
The First Citizens Group is pleased to advise of the appointment of Mrs. Neela Moonilal-Kissoon to the position of Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Operations and Administration (‘DCEO’) of First Citizens Bank Limited effective December 27, 2023.
Mrs. Moonilal-Kissoon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing and Information Systems (Hons), an International Master of Business Administration Degree and is certified in Information Systems Auditing, Risk and Information Systems Control. She has over twenty (20) years’ experience in the financial services industry and has served as part of the Group’s Senior Management team for over thirteen (13) years.
Mrs. Moonilal-Kissoon succeeds Dr. Sterling Frost O.R.T.T. following his retirement from service on December 26, 2023 having been identified as the DCEO Designate on December 4, 2023.
The Group takes the opportunity to congratulate Mrs. Moonilal-Kissoon on her appointment and to thank Dr. Frost O.R.T.T. for his years of service to the Group.
