Easy Banking Requirements
To access First Citizens Easy Banking digital channels, Telebanking, Online Banking and the Mobile Banking App, your Customer Information File (CIF) number or Online Banking User ID is required.
If you do not know or have a record of your CIF or Online Banking User ID:
- Visit any of our conveniently located First Citizens Branches with one form of valid identification (National Identification Card, Passport or Driver’s Permit) to speak with a customer service representative for assistance or
- You can obtain your CIF number from your paper bank statements
For further assistance to register for the Easy Banking channels, you can:
- Send a Secure Message via Online Banking or
- Send an email at channelsupport@firstcitizenstt.com and a customer service representative will contact you or
- Visit any of our conveniently located First Citizens Branches with one form of valid identification (National Identification Card, Passport or Driver’s Permit) to speak with a customer service representative for assistance.
