How To Pay your First Citizens Visa Credit Card Bill in 8 EASY steps!

Experience the ease and convenience of paying your First Citizens Visa Credit Card bill at any of our branch ATMs, open 24 hours a day!

1. Insert your Visa credit card with the First Citizens logo facing up and towards the machine

2. When prompted remove the card from the slot

3. Enter your PIN and press the enter key

4. Select “Yes” if you require a receipt

5. Select “Payment by cash/cheque”

6. An envelope will be dispensed from the ATM. Place the cash/cheque into the envelope and press “Ready”

7. The envelope slot will re-open, place envelope back into slot

8. Retrieve transaction slip if dispensed
