Q1: What is the Visa Gift/ Reward promotion?

This Visa promotion offers eligible Visa cardholders the opportunity to earn special cash prizes based on their purchases using their First Citizens Credit Card as outlined in the personalized First Citizens email

Q2: What is period of the Visa promotion?

The Visa promotion will run for the period July 03rd to August 14th 2023.

Q3: Which First Citizens Visa Credit Cards are eligible for the Visa promotion?

The following First Citizens Visa Credit Cards are eligible for the Visa promotion:

Visa Classic
Visa Gold
Visa Platinum
Visa Signature
Visa Infinite

Q4: How can I participate in the Visa Gift/Rewards promotion?

To participate in the Visa promotion, you are required to open the email(s) sent by First Citizens and purchase up to the minimum spend value established in your email. Purchases must be done within the promotional period to be eligible.

Q5: Can I opt out of the Visa Promotion?

Yes, you can opt out of the Visa promotion. Once you haven’t opened the email or met the spend value, you will not be eligible for the promotion. Also, if you do not desire to participate in the promotion, simply send a Secure Message via Online Banking by clicking the “My Messages” tab and select “Send New Message”. If you do not have access to Online Banking you can send us an email at cardsales@firstcitizenstt.com.

Q6: When will the special cash prize(s) be paid?

The special cash prize(s) will be paid at the end of the promotional period directly to your Credit Card account once you meet the “spend value” outlined in the email you received.

Q7: How can I view special cash prize(s) earned during the promotional period?

The prize value will be reflected in your September 2023 credit card statement and balance.

Q8 How can I access further information about the Visa promotion?

You can send us a Secure Message via Online Banking by clicking the “My Messages” tab and select “Send New Message” or email us at cardsales@firstcitizenstt.com for further information.

TRAN <nickname1> <Amount> For Example: tran ck2 500	Transfer amount from the default registered account to the specified registered account using the nickname
TRAN <nickname1> <Amount> <Date> For Example: tran ck2 500 04-10-2020	Transfer amount from the default registered account to the specified registered account with the nickname, for a scheduled future date.
TRAN <nickname1> <nickname2> <Amount> <Date> For Example: tran sav1 ck1 500 04-10-2020	Transfer stated amount from a registered specified nicknamed account to a second registered nicknamed account, for a scheduled future date.
